David Carmack, Sr., 63 of Harlan, Kentucky died Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at his residence.  Born November 11, 1953, he was the son of the late George Washington and Sophie Stewart Carmack.  He was a retired coal miner and believed in the Pentecostal faith. Surviving are his wife, Febie Carmack; and children David Carmack, Jr., Diane R. Ophie Lewis Crase, 77 of Big Laurel passed away Friday, Aug. 28, 2015 at the Morristown Hamblen Hospital, Morristown, TN. She was born Feb. 10, 1938 in Leslie Co., KY to the late Dewey and Mellie Lewis. She was retired from NCR in Dayton, OH and believed in the Church of Christ faith. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Crase; 1 brother, Berry Lewis; 2 infant sisters. She is survived by her brothers, Lloyd Lewis of Tazewell, TN, Harrison Lewis of Orlando, FL, Forester Lewis of Loyall, Donald Lewis of Totz, and Paul Lewis of Sydney, OH; she leaves several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives to mourn her passing. Eugene Daniel “Dan” Bradley, 69 of Loyall, KY died Friday August 28, 2015 at the residence of his daughter.  Born May 28, 1946 he was, son of the Late Edgar Tunis Bradley and Emogene Eagle Bradley.  He was a graduate of Loyall High School; retired from General Motors; he lived most of his life in Dayton, OH before returning to Loyall after his retirement. Surviving are his daughters, Kelly (Ron) Witt of Ages, KY and Francesca Bradley of Dayton, OH; grandchildren, Jessica Fernandez of Tracy, CA, Spencer Dixon of Ages, KY, Conner Witt of Ages, KY, Kameron Witt of Ages, KY, Alli Witt of Harlan, KY, and Abbi Witt of Harlan, KY; sister, Jerry Sue Patterson of Johnson City, TN; nephew, Mike Evans of Johnson City, TN; and nieces, Jane Hill of Goldring, GA and Joan Frazier of Floyds Knob, IN.  Special Caregiver, David White of Harlan and special friends Bob Gaines, Jimmy Wilhoit, Mike Forrester, Steve Hendrickson, Phillip Carroll, Wesley Nails, and Jimmy Ross will also mourn his passing. Teddy R. Jackson, age 56 of Cumberland, KY, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Benham, KY on March 08, 1959 to Alice Howard Noe and the late Earl Jackson. Teddy was a loving papaw and buddy to his grandchildren. Besides his father, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Kirby and James Jackson. Elena V. Sawaf, 66, of Baxter passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015 following an illness. She was born February 28, 1949 in Memmingen, Germany to the late Kazamieras and Anele Vaicius.
